COTA's President of North America & Senior Consultant for International Programs
Dr. Conde is a senior consultant to COTA, bringing 32 years of experience in developing and conducting international programs in Europe, Mexico, Central and South America in the public and private sectors. In addition, he currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of East Migrant Head Start Project with 40 education centers for migrant children in 14 states along the east coast and the south.
Keynote Speaker — Carol Hildebrand
Associate, Sherman & Howard
Carol Hildebrand has practiced immigration law with Sherman & Howard's Business Department since 1982. She represents an array of domestic and international companies, research institutes, and colleges pursuing work authorization and visa acquisition for foreign professionals, managers, executives, skilled technicians and lesser-skilled workers from across the globe. She also handles investment-related visa matters, family immigration matters, naturalization, and matters being litigated in immigration court.
